  • Because the Presidents Grant is designed to provide some financial assistance, the following information is used to determine potential need for financial assistance. Please include your total annual income. This includes funding from assistantships.
  • Please list all income received from grants, scholarships, loans etc. and where the income is from (i.e. federal loan, academic scholarship, etc)
